Welcome to My Samarind, the personal support portal for Samarind customers.
My Samarind allows you to raise and track support tickets online, so that you can be sure we’re dealing with any issues efficiently – as promised! You can view the current status of a support ticket at any time, allowing you to go about your business with the knowledge that we are dealing with it.
My Samarind also allows you to upload and download files using the “My Files” feature, your means of transfering files to and from Samarind.
